On September 20, Luxeed released official images showcasing the "Nebula Red" interior of the Luxeed R7, its mid-to-large SUV. As a refreshed model, it features a 26-inch ultra-high-definition HUD and a streaming rearview mirror for the driver, alongside amenities such as a smart constant-temperature refrigerator and a 17.2-inch "Butterfly Wing" HD dual-screen setup. Pre-orders for the vehicle are set to open this month.

Inside, the vehicle features an all-new wraparound cockpit design that exudes a strong sense of technology, highlighted by a fully digital instrument cluster, a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, and a dual-screen setup—comprising two 17.2-inch "Butterfly Wing" displays. It also offers a suite of features including "one-touch content transfer," a smart constant-temperature refrigerator, an onboard 220V power outlet, smart vehicle-home connectivity, and a "nap mode," alongside a panoramic starry-sky roof and a spacious 852-liter trunk. Four interior color options are available: Nebula Red, Feather Sand Purple, White Sand Apricot, and Truffle Brown.

A brief look at the vehicle's exterior reveals that it largely retains the design language of the current model, featuring a closed-off front grille paired with distinctively styled headlight clusters that ensure high recognizability. Regarding driver-assistance capabilities, the vehicle is expected to carry over the specifications of the current model; for reference, the current Luxeed R7 comes standard with 36 sensors, one solid-state LiDAR unit, six external microphones, a distributed 4D millimeter-wave radar matrix, and two 4D millimeter-wave corner radars. The Luxeed R7 is equipped with an 896-line, dual-optical-path, image-grade LiDAR system that delivers ultra-high-definition, ultra-precise, and ultra-long-range "HD picture-in-picture" capabilities, providing enhanced perception for active safety and advanced intelligent driving systems. It features the HUAWEI ADS 4.0 driving assistance system, offering "parking-spot-to-parking-spot" navigation assistance and valet parking support, while also debuting an intelligent parking function.

In profile, the vehicle features semi-concealed door handles and offers a variety of wheel designs, lending it a stylish appearance. At the rear, it adopts a full-width taillight assembly and a subtle "ducktail" spoiler, which enhances the vehicle's sporty character. Regarding dimensions, it measures 4,982 mm in length, 1,981 mm in width, and 1,634 mm (or 1,650 mm) in height, with a wheelbase of 2,950 mm.

In terms of powertrain, the vehicle will be equipped with a drive motor (model QT67TZ210D01) manufactured by Huawei Digital Power Technologies Co., Ltd., delivering a maximum power output of 227 kW—an increase compared to the current single-motor model.
