We have learned from official sources that the LiDAR-equipped version of the Jetour Shanhai L7 PLUS is set to officially launch on August 18. Positioned as a mid-size SUV, the vehicle features a 1.5T plug-in hybrid powertrain. This new model adds a roof-mounted LiDAR sensor and is expected to be equipped with the "Falcon 700" driving assistance system, supporting Navigation on Autopilot (NOA) across both urban and highway driving scenarios. For reference, there are currently 10 variants of the Jetour Shanhai L7 PLUS on sale.

In terms of exterior design, the new model retains the styling of the current version, featuring linear daytime running lights that extend into a "J" shape at both ends, along with air intakes positioned below the headlights and on the front bumper. Regarding dimensions, the vehicle measures 4,810 mm in length, 1,930 mm in width, and 1,705 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,820 mm; it offers a choice of 18-inch, 19-inch, or 20-inch wheels and utilizes a semi-concealed door handle design.



Inside, the vehicle features a 10.25-inch instrument cluster and a 15.6-inch "Sunflower" screen capable of rotating 10 degrees to the left or right. The cabin is powered by the TOUR OS 3.0 intelligent AI system, which integrates a large-scale voice model, and includes the "Boya Sound" audio system—comprising 12 speakers, a 12-channel independent amplifier, and a 7.1 panoramic audio layout. A 50W wireless fast-charging pad is located beneath the center console, which also retains physical buttons.
In terms of powertrain, the current model features a plug-in hybrid system comprising a fifth-generation 1.5TGDI hybrid engine and the "Super Hybrid DHT" (continuously variable) technology, utilizing a P1+P3 dual-motor setup; it delivers a combined output of 265 kW and a peak torque of 530 N·m. The battery options are 18.67 kWh and 32.66 kWh, offering CLTC pure-electric ranges of 121 km and 220 km, respectively, with combined driving ranges reaching up to 1,630 km and 1,700 km.
