BYD Seal 08 unveils interior color schemes with four options; showroom vehicles arriving at dealerships gradually/or launching on July 2nd.

Recently, BYD officially announced the interior color schemes for the Seal 08, offering four options: Cloud Frost Beige, Dawn Beige, Smoky Brown, and Night Purple. The car has already opened for blind pre-orders, and the first batch of display vehicles nationwide will begin arriving at dealerships starting today (June 23). It is expected to officially launch on July 2.

Looking back at the new car, the Seal 08 will become BYD's new flagship sedan. Its exterior features a completely new design style with a sporty overall look. At the rear, it adopts a continuous taillight assembly and incorporates a small ducktail spoiler along the upper edge of the trunk lid, making it more appealing to the aesthetic demands of today's young consumers. In terms of dimensions, it measures 5150/1999/1505mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 3030mm, positioning it as a mid-to-large-sized sedan.

Inside, the new car features a new flagship cabin with Ocean Aesthetics 2.0, equipped with a three-spoke multi-function steering wheel, a large floating central control screen, a full LCD instrument panel, a car refrigerator, and wireless charging for mobile phones. In terms of color options, it offers four choices: Cloud Frost Beige, Dawn Beige, Smoky Brown, and Midnight Purple.

In terms of powertrain, the new car will offer plug-in hybrid and pure electric versions. The pure electric version is built on an 800V high-voltage platform, equipped with a second-generation blade battery and flash charging technology. The four-wheel drive version has a maximum power of 510kW, a 0-100km/h acceleration time of 3.3 seconds, and a CLTC range of 900km. The plug-in hybrid version will be equipped with a 1.5T plug-in hybrid system, with dual motors delivering a maximum power of 400kW. It features a 45.36kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack, offering a pure electric range of 400km and a combined range of 1000km. The new car will also feature rear-wheel steering and Cloud Carriage A technology.
