The third-generation Yuan PLUS will be launched on May 21st, featuring a complete evolution from the inside out.

The BYD Yuan PLUS will be launched on May 21. As a replacement model, the new car adopts a brand-new rear-wheel drive pure electric platform, comes standard with the second-generation blade battery and flash charging technology. In addition, its appearance, size, interior and intelligent configuration have also been upgraded to varying degrees, and the overall product strength has been greatly improved.

Looking back at the new model, its exterior retains the family design style, with the biggest change being the addition of a 180L electric front tailgate. In terms of dimensions, the new car measures 4665/1895/1675mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 2770mm, representing a comprehensive upgrade over the previous model. As for exterior colors, the new car will offer six options: Line Gray, Enchanting Green, Sky White, Dream Pink (two-tone), Trendy Blue (two-tone), and Aura Green (two-tone).

The interior has undergone significant upgrades, featuring traditional mechanical door handles for easier daily use. Additional features include a head-up display (HUD), a queen-style passenger seat, and a built-in refrigerator. The new car will also be equipped with the "God's Eye B" driver assistance system with lidar, although this is expected to be an optional extra.

In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a rear-mounted rear-drive motor, offering two options: 200 kW and 240 kW, with the maximum range increased to 630 kilometers. In addition, the chassis will be upgraded to a front MacPherson strut + rear five-link independent suspension, and equipped with the Yunlian-C intelligent damping body control system.
