Welcome to Hebei Opportunity Co., Ltd
We recently learned from relevant sources that the BYD Qin MAX may begin pre-sales at the Beijing Auto Show. The vehicle has already completed its application with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Positioned as a mid-size car, it will be available in plug-in hybrid and pure electric versions, with a wheelbase of 2820mm, placing it above the Qin L.

Looking back at the new model, the Qin MAX features a completely redesigned front fascia. The closed grille is adorned with bold chrome trim, and the Qin logo in small seal script font sits in the center, offering good visual recognition. Meanwhile, the three-section air intakes also subtly enhance the vehicle's sporty feel. At the rear, it adopts the classic Chinese knot taillight design of the Dynasty family, creating a striking visual layering. In terms of dimensions, the new car measures 4866/1880/1495mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 2820mm.

Based on previously leaked interior spy photos, the car features a newly designed steering wheel and several adjustments to details, differing from the existing design style of the BYD Dynasty family and enhancing the vehicle's visual appeal. Specifically, it boasts a full LCD instrument panel, a floating central control screen, a wireless charging slot for mobile phones, and dual cup holders, meeting the current mainstream configuration requirements for new energy vehicles.
In terms of powertrain, the plug-in hybrid version is equipped with a plug-in hybrid system consisting of a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine and an electric motor. The engine has a maximum power of 74kW, and the electric motor has a maximum power of 175kW, and it is equipped with a lithium iron phosphate battery pack. The pure electric version will use a single electric motor with maximum power outputs of 120kW and 240kW respectively, and battery capacities of 52.868kWh and 64.315kWh respectively, corresponding to CLTC ranges of 530km and 630km respectively.
