Welcome to Hebei Opportunity Co., Ltd
We recently learned that Xiaomi Auto will be launching three new models, including the
Xiaomi YU9, the new Xiaomi SU7, and the Xiaomi YU7 Performance Edition. The specific
names of these new vehicles are yet to be officially announced.
● Three-Row Family Extended-Range SUV – YU9
The Xiaomi YU9 is a three-row family extended-range SUV with a large, boxy design. It is
expected to be over 5200mm long, making it a large SUV, exceeding the size of the YU7.
The exterior design differs from previous models, featuring sharp angles and offering
ample interior space.

Based on previous spy photos, the new car will be equipped with a lidar sensor at the
front and will also feature rear-wheel steering, facilitating U-turns for larger vehicles.
Previous rumors suggested that Xiaomi's "Kunlun" extended-range SUV would be built
at the new Wuhan factory, boasting an impressive pure electric range.
● A larger sedan – the new SU7
The Xiaomi SU7 has been on the market for some time, and a new model is expected to
be released soon. Information about the new model has circulated online, featuring a
5C battery and a 900V architecture, along with several hardware and software
upgrades. The recent sale of SU7 vehicles is also seen as a precursor to a facelift.
Furthermore, there are reports that Xiaomi will also launch an SU7 L, focusing on
increasing the vehicle's length. The new car's exterior largely retains the design
language of the Xiaomi SU7, but the rear is noticeably longer, potentially making
it a long-wheelbase version of the Xiaomi SU7 with improved rear passenger space.
● High-Performance Version – Xiaomi YU7 GT
The Xiaomi YU7 GT is the high-performance version of the Xiaomi YU7. Compared to the
SU7 Ultra, the YU7 GT doesn't seem to adopt a particularly exaggerated design. While
the front lip also protrudes outwards, there are no independent components on either
side. The wheel design is similar to the SU7 Ultra, and it is expected to still be equipped
with ceramic brake discs and high-performance calipers. The rear of the vehicle also
doesn't seem to have a more exaggerated design, such as a large rear spoiler; the main
changes are expected to be to the rear bumper.
In terms of power, the YU7 GT's maximum power is based on the SU7 Ultra's maximum
power of 1548 horsepower. It is expected that the YU7 GT's maximum power will be
at least over 1000 horsepower. It may not use a three-motor design, but rather a
two-motor design, with a 0-100km/h acceleration time of less than 3.2 seconds.
