Huawei Qiankun Intelligent Driving Launches ADS Highway L3 Solution for Multiple Cities and Vehicle Models; Internal Testing Begins

On November 27th, we learned from the official WeChat account of Huawei Qiankun Intelligent Vehicle Solution that Huawei Qiankun's Intelligent Driving ADS Highway L3 Solution has begun internal testing in multiple cities and on multiple vehicle models, simultaneously building a future full-scenario service ecosystem: covering seamless parking payment, automatic charging, and convenient car wash and maintenance services. Furthermore, Huawei Qiankun will subsequently release the Qiankun Intelligent Driving Ecosystem Open Platform.

According to the official poster, Huawei's Qiankun Intelligent Driving ADS Highway L3 Solution includes: a new L3-exclusive human-machine interaction experience; multi-city, multi-model highway L3 internal testing (including Wenjie M9, Zunjie S800, Jihu Alpha S, Haobo A800, etc., in Shenzhen/Shanghai/Hefei/Beijing/Wuhan/Guangzhou and Chongqing); creating a 10-minute Qiankun Intelligent Driving lifestyle circle (including parking payment, automatic charging, car washing and maintenance); and the Qiankun Intelligent Driving ecosystem open platform. The official statement also indicates that highway L3 is currently in the internal testing phase in some cities, and its commercial deployment in passenger vehicles depends on future regulatory support and the capabilities of autonomous vehicles.

Meanwhile, the official announcement revealed that Huawei Qiankun has partnered with over 200,000 parking lots (currently supported by in-vehicle systems) and plans to support over 1,000 partner car wash stores and over 1.4 million partner charging stations by Q1 2026.
