The new Tiggo 8 with dual front faces/two styles of interior designs will start pre-sales on November 3

  Recently, we learned from the official that the new Tiggo 8 will be available for pre-sale on November 3. The new car is positioned as a large five-seater SUV specially built for family users. It adopts a new design style and will provide a dual front face design. It is reported that the new car is expected to be officially launched in the fourth quarter of 2025.

  In terms of appearance, the vehicle is inspired by the power of nature aesthetics and offers two front faces. One of them basically continues the design language of the current Tiggo 8 PLUS. The other one uses an octagonal large-mouth grille with dot-matrix chrome decoration inside. It is equipped with matrix LED headlights on both sides. The lower fog light area uses diagonal lines and adds chrome decoration to enhance the visual effect. The vehicle has a semi-hidden door handle design and is equipped with 19-inch wheels. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the vehicle are 4749/1880/1710mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2825mm. The rear of the new car adopts a new style of through-type taillights. The lower surrounds of the two models are different. They adopt a hidden exhaust design and a dual-outlet exhaust decoration on both sides.

  In terms of interiors, according to current information, the vehicle will also adopt two interior layouts, each using an instrument screen + a horizontal central control screen that are consistent with the current Tiggo 8 PLUS. The other model replaces the central control screen with a large-sized vertical screen, and the details are also optimized. At the same time, the new car has also been equipped with a new style of double-spoke steering wheel, the shape of the door handles has also been adjusted, and it is expected that the configuration will also be improved.

 In terms of power, referring to the current Tiggo 8 PLUS, it provides two engines, 1.6T and 2.0T. The 1.6T engine has a maximum power of 145kW and is matched with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch gearbox; the 2.0T engine has a maximum power of 187kW and the transmission system is matched with an 8-speed automatic gearbox.
