We have learned from official sources that the GAC Trumpchi Yue 7 is set to officially debut on August 7. It will be the first model to feature the 8838 chip, delivering a computing power of up to 300K DMIPS. Based on earlier information, the Yue 7 is positioned as a rugged new-energy SUV; it sports a bold, muscular exterior design and is powered by a plug-in hybrid system centered around a 1.5T engine.

In terms of exterior design, the vehicle adopts a classic boxy body structure with clean, straight lines. The front fascia features the enclosed design typical of new energy vehicles, accented by a minimalist "GAC" badge in the center. The headlights combine square outer contours with round inner elements, while the vertically oriented, "7-shaped" daytime running lights on either side offer high visual recognition. Notably, the vehicle is equipped with a roof-mounted LiDAR sensor and additional sensors on the front fenders, suggesting the inclusion of an advanced driver-assistance system.

In profile, the vehicle features traditional-style door handles and a blacked-out A-pillar that creates a "floating roof" effect, while flared wheel arches exude a rugged character. Regarding dimensions, it measures 4999 (5045) mm in length, 2004 (2030) mm in width, and 1933 (1916) mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2900 mm.
