Changan Eado Classic Edition Officially Launched

On May 15th, we learned from Changan Automobile that its compact sedan, the Changan Eado Classic Edition, has officially launched.

In terms of appearance, as a new version, it basically continues the design style of the current model. Specifically, it adopts a borderless front grille design, paired with narrow, intelligent LED headlights on both sides, giving it a strong sense of style. At the rear, the car features a continuous nebula-style taillight assembly, combined with a dual exhaust layout on both sides, creating a good sporty feel. In terms of dimensions, its length, width, and height are 4770/1840/1440mm respectively, with a wheelbase of 2765mm.

Inside, the car features a wraparound cockpit design, a 13.2-inch central control screen, a 10.25-inch full LCD instrument panel, a three-spoke multi-function steering wheel, and a yacht-style gear shifter, giving it a sporty feel. It will also be equipped with six speakers throughout the vehicle, a 540° panoramic high-definition camera (integrated with a dashcam), and supports 3D display, smart opening, transparent body, and reverse parking assist.

In terms of power, this vehicle is equipped with a 500bar high-pressure direct-injection Blue Whale 1.5T engine, delivering a maximum power of 141 kW and a peak torque of 310 Nm. It is paired with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission. According to official information, its WLTC combined fuel consumption is as low as 6.4L/100km, requiring 92-octane gasoline.
