130km pure electric range! The 2026 Changan UNI-Z PHEV is launched.

On February 28th, the 2026 Changan UNI-Z PHEV was officially launched, offering three configuration options. As a model year update, the new car primarily focuses on adjustments to its features. It is powered by a 1.5L engine with a maximum power output of 72 kW, an electric motor with a maximum power output of 160 kW, a pure electric range of 130 km via CLTC, and a combined range of 1250 km.

The new car's exterior remains consistent with the current model, still featuring the familiar design concept of "vertical and horizontal lines". The front grille consists of 6 rows of 56 parametric wing-shaped borderless grilles. In addition, a new "Moonlight Silver" textured color has been added.

The rear of the vehicle displays a dynamic stance, featuring a cloud-feather rear spoiler, dual exhaust outlets on both sides, and side air intakes, further highlighting the UNI-Z's sporty character. In terms of dimensions, the length, width, and height are 4730/1890/1660 (1680) mm respectively, with a wheelbase of 2795 mm. Furthermore, the new car offers newly designed 19/20-inch wheels.

The new car features redesigned interior details, including a new steering wheel and gear shift mechanism. All models come standard with a 14.6-inch central control screen integrating the TianShu Intelligent OS and an AI voice assistant. The FaceID 3.0 facial recognition system eliminates the need for a car key; simply use your face to start the car. It supports a 540-degree panoramic view. The "Thousand-Mile Eye 2.0" system allows real-time monitoring of the vehicle's surroundings via an app. Additional features include 50W wireless fast charging and cloud-sensing zero-pressure seats. In terms of intelligent features, the new car is equipped with five millimeter-wave radars, and all models come standard with APA parking assist and forward collision warning.

In terms of power, the new car will be equipped with the plug-in hybrid and range-extended Blue Whale hybrid system, featuring a 1.5L engine with a maximum power of 72 kW and a maximum electric motor power of 160 kW. The CLTC has a pure electric range of 130km and a combined range of 1250km, with a fuel consumption of 1.3L/100km.
